SALES PROCEDURE

Acacia Sales Procedure

Due to the high demand for these homes, and to ensure a fair and organized process, Acacia will be using a Priority List to manage home sales. Buyers on the Priority List (“Priority Homebuyers”) will receive the fi rst opportunity to purchase a home before they are released to the general public.

If you wish to become a Priority Homebuyer, please follow these two simple steps:

1. Get Pre-Approved with a Preferred Lender:

To qualify for the Priority List, you must be pre-approved through one of our Preferred Lenders. Our lenders are familiar with Acacia’s homes, requirements, and financing process, and can typically provide a pre-approval letter within 7 days of receiving your financial information. Our preferred lenders are:

Citi Bank
Sue Lee
NMLS #633679
(408) 892-2291
Sue.s.lee@citi.com

BMO
Uvas Yu
NMLS #915791
(408) 832-1632
Uvas.Yu@bmo.com

Wells Fargo
Nan Cullinane
NMLS #349180
(408) 857-1906
Nan@wellsfargo.com

2. Submit Your Pre-Approval Letter to the Acacia Sales Team:

All interested homebuyers must provide a valid pre-approval letter from one of our preferred lenders to the Sales Representative in order to be added to the Priority List. (Note: Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to be added.) Email your pre-approval letter to our sales team at: Acacia@DividendHomes.com. Placement on the Priority List is determined by the order in which pre-approvals are received. In general, only those Buyers who are not contingent on the sale of another property will be added to the Priority List. Buyers with contingencies are encouraged to contact a Preferred Lender to determine if they may still qualify as a Priority Homebuyer.

Once this process is complete, you are officially a Priority Homebuyer and can participate in future sales releases.

Dividend Homes appreciates the real estate broker and agent community. We are pleased to have both brokers/agents and potential buyers tour our communities in their hunt to fi nd the perfect home. To be eligible for a referral fee, the broker or agent must accompany their client on their first visit to the community sales office. We are committed to making your homebuying experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions about the process, please contact us. Thank you for your interest in Acacia!
