Sales Procedures

Due to high demand for these homes and in an effort to offer these homes in a fair and manageable manner, Maravilla will be utilizing a Priority List to sell these homes. Those on the Priority List (‘Priority Homebuyers’) will have first opportunity to purchase the homes at Maravilla before the general public. If you wish to become a Priority Homebuyer, please follow these two simple steps:

1. Contact one of our Preferred Lenders to get pre-approved:

Our Preferred Lenders are familiar with our homes, requirements, and financing process and can provide you with a “Pre-Approval Letter” within approximately 7 days of receiving your necessary financial information.

2. Submit your pre-approval letter to the Maravilla Sales Team:

All those wishing to purchase a home at Maravilla must provide a valid pre-approval letter from a preferred lender to the Sales Representative to be added to the Priority List. (Note: Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to be added.)

In general, only those Buyers who are not contingent on the sale of another property will be added to the Priority List. Contingent Buyers should contact a Preferred Lender to see if they may be able to qualify as a Priority Homebuyer.

Once this process is complete, you are officially a Priority Homebuyer and can participate in future sales releases. If there are homes currently available for sale on our price sheet, you may purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You will be notified of upcoming sales release dates and the release strategy once you are on the Priority List. Note: The homes offered for sale at each release are determined immediately prior to the release date. If you have any questions regarding the procedures listed above, please do not hesitate to call.
